Tidal Homes represents a comprehensive 4.8-acre multi-family residential development featuring 78 total homes, including a sophisticated mix of single-family houses, row houses, townhouses, and duplexes. Metro Contracting managed the complete earthworks scope for this multi-phase project, spanning from 2016 to present. Our services included bulk and detailed foundation excavations, demolition of multiple existing structures, structural fill preload installation, preload removal and mass excavation, on-site civil servicing, and precision backfilling. This ongoing development showcases our capacity to execute large-scale, phased residential projects while maintaining consistent quality and coordination across all construction stages.
