ELPHINSTONE CROSSING ESTATES (PHASE 2)

For Phase 2 of Elphinstone Crossing Estates, our team delivered comprehensive site preparation, earthworks, and civil utility services across a large-scale residential development. We began by clearing over 40 acres of land to create a clean slate for infrastructure development. This was followed by the installation of 370 linear meters of Hydro and Telus utilities, including the precise placement of four junction and service boxes to ensure reliable access to essential services for future residents.

In addition to utilities, we constructed 340 meters of Ministry of Transportation–compliant roadways, seamlessly integrating the development into the surrounding network. Our crew also installed 680 meters of advanced stormwater management infrastructure to mitigate runoff and protect the integrity of the site. To ensure long-term stability, we completed 800 square meters of slope stabilization.
